Peter Montalbano
CEO
Mr. Montalbano founded White Mountain Capital in 1999 after working as an equity trader in various capacities, including market making, positioning and routing order flow and proprietary trading. As CEO, he steers the investment strategies for the firm and manages accounts for select clients. Mr. Montalbano holds FINRA Series 4, 7, 24, 27, 53, 57, and 99 licenses and NASAA licenses Series 63 and 65.
Michael Lowenberg
CFO
Mr. Lowenberg joined the firm in 2004, bringing with him broad experience in corporate finance, including previous engagements in acquisitions and buyouts, distributions and private equity negotiations. In addition to handling accounting and financial and operations responsibilities, he heads the Summit by White Mountain Capital business line and manages accounts for individual investors. Mr. Lowenberg holds FINRA series 7, 24, 27 and 99 licenses and NASAA licenses Series 63 and 65.
Renee Luchkiw
CCO
Ms. Luchkiw has been with the company since inception, initially working as a trading assistant and operations professional. In 2007, she took over all Compliance responsibilities including conflict mitigation, supervision, licensing and registration and regulatory reporting. Ms. Luchkiw holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 86/87 and 99 licenses and NASAA license Series 63 and 65.
